Fussy, but stunning
I have to run this die through the machine 3 or 4 times to get all the cuts. Then it takes a few minutes of careful picking to get the wave free of the background. But once it's done, it's really pretty.

This is a beautiful die for scrapbooking beach, surfing pages. Very detailed and cuts clean.

Absolutely gorgeous
I cut one with bluish cardstock and one with greenish cardstock and it turned out beautiful. Next time I will remember to use glue sheets when I cut rather than trying to glue later.

THE DESIGN IS BACKWARDS...DO NOT BUY THIS DIE!
THE DESIGN IS BACKWARDS. Waves break from left to right.Laying the dies on the table with the cutting side down you will see this.I use a Cuttlebug machine and it took many tries to perfect the following cutting sandwich: A Plate / C Plate / Die with cutting edges face up / wax paper / Cardstock, light-weight, cutting side of the cardstock face down on wax paper / B Plate / a piece of cardstock as a shim. Run through the machine slowly and then back out so that you roll over the die twice.You will still need a very thin/sharp sewing needle to remove the fine spaces at the bottom of the waves.If you don't mind the straight cut edge being seen in your design...then it is usable. It's a beautiful design and it is a real shame that the manufacturer made it backwards.Buyer beware!

Makes cards look awesome
This works great with the Spellbinder’s Glimmer dies and hot foil machine. It really helps to make cards to stand out!

hard die to use
Took forever to arrive. The die cutes lacks many holes to dislodge the paper cuttings, I literally have to go through the die cut each time to poke out the many remaining bits of paper which is very time consuming, you have to do before re-using. I don't know if it is really a bad design or if the manufacturing process. I can see marks for holes but it was never punched out. It is a wonderful design but the die cuts do not work well. This die also faces in the wrong way compared to the photograph which can be a problem.
