Bigger than expected and had to move a shelf above door in fridge to accommodate.This product is fantastic. Water tastes really nice, cool and clear and filtration takes only minutes.It’s a solid build, looks good, and really does the job of filtration.Would recommend to anyone looking for a water filtration jug at a more than reasonable price!

Had this for number of months. Best water filter jug we've used. Holds enough for our usage (two people)Its well built, looks great, easy to replace filters and the filter does a great job providing crispy clean water.Downside;You cant fill the entire jug in one attempt. Takes two attempts. However, its reasonably fast at filtering water, so it's not an issue. We just fill it up every-time we use half a full jug and keep it in the fridge.If you OVERFILL (like literally fill the jug AND the filter reservoir to the point where it cant filter water into the jug) do not tilt the handle of the jug towards you, or you will get water leaking from the top join of the handle.

This is a great looking filter pitcher. The wooden handle is comfortable. The jug itself is well made. I have been using it for a month now. The water taste good. My kettle hasn’t had any limescale build up since using the water from this pitcher.I had a small issue with the filter and contacted the Waterdrop Customer Services. They helped me out and I was up and running again within no time. I would highly recommend this product and this brand as the customer service is outstanding.

I bought this a few weeks ago because I got tired of buying bottled water as it was becoming expensive and I wasn't comfortable with the plastic waste. After looking at several water filters I bought this and am delighted with the look and size. It's too big to fit in my fridge which I already knew and it's not too heavy to lift. It is very easy to fill and filters quite quickly. I would have given it 5 stars but after looking at reviews and tests online I've since learned that it isn't that effective at removing fluoride but I think that applies to most counter top filters. However it comes up trumps at removing all the other nasties in our tap water and the water tastes really good. As long as you are not expecting complete removal of fluoride I would highly recommend it. I would also suggest not ordering replacement cartridges until you have carefully checked the correct size replacement which they say lasts up to 90 days

Been using this product for a few weeks now and I’m very impressed with the product design and look and the results so glad the cartridges last 3 months and not monthly like other brands

I have had this filter jug for a few days, and so far very impress with the functionality. The filtered water is so clear and it had made an enormous difference in the taste and smell of our tap water. No longer have to descale the kettle. It was money well spent in purchasing this jug. I recommend it without hesitation.

I absolutely love this water filter. The size is perfect, it filters water quickly and efficiently. It is also easy to clean and fill up with water, the best part is that the filter stays for a very long time before you need to change it again.

Beautiful and filtering seems great.Capacity seemed appealing but when fully filled it weights 7.5 pounds. One hand is a strain to lift.When nearly empty, the lid starts to lift away.These are basics. Use a rubber seal on the lid (as with the cartridge itself) to secure it in place. And make it slimmer and less capacious so liftable and fridge shelf suited.
