Review: By far the best pack at even double its price - First of all, be honestly, it is a replica, not USGI ILBE, however I have to say it is far ‘more more more’ than the old version of ILBE. If you must buy the issued one, go some where else, yet, looking for a completely super qulity Ruck System, right here!!!! It has all the ILBE parts, main bag, assult pack, hydra pack and bladder, big enough for a week backpacking, it can store your all necessary supplies. I could use the flap and various attached straps to hold a modular sleeping system, mat, or 2 person tent instead. The sides of the main pack has extremely large pockets on the bottom of both, along with a set of three straps. I hold some pretty crazy things with this pocket and strap combo, like tent poles, skis, a full-size ax, or a Jungle boots. The main things I'm stoked on is its comfort, quality, and durability. The aluminum frame are so near perfect that keeps the body comfortable even with 60 lb. loads. The shoulder straps and hip belt padding are the best I've worn and this is imperative to comfort. The hip belt is easily fit to the user's hip shape at the front tip of the hip belt, so that there's full contact of the widest, thickest, and firmest hip belt I've ever worn. Frankly, the laser cutting PALS has just a better looking of whole pack, and I am not sure it can last longer than webbing belt design. Anyway, by far it is okay, I bought and use it for 2 weeks, going up a large hill, through bramble-infested woods, and down the road a bit, Pouches attchment is used oftenly, and It is strong enough. Worth to recommed.

**Q: can anyone tell me or show me how to attach the hydration pack to the main pack?**
A: Second picture of item description. You can see the triangular part with buckles going to the main pack

**Q: do they sell a quick release for the hydration bottle?**
A: You can look on their page and see everything they sell. Just know that every single item they sell is a chinese knockoff of the real thing and not even made the same either! Get the real (only) ILBE designed by ARC'TERYX and manufactured by PROPPER INTERNATIONAL INC! You won't regret it.

**Q: Is this a real surplus pack or a knockoff?**
A: THIS IS NOT MIL-SPEC!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I personally own many packs and also make my own pouches and accessories that ARE mil-spec and these aren't even close my friend! Please ignore Alex's comment. Im sure he's just unaware but every piece from the 750D Nylon down to the thread and webbing must meet military specifications and these do not! There also not made the same. Do your homework and you'll see for yourself. Simple proven point- look ar the zipper. It should be inverted by simply sewing on backwards and using reverse zipper pulls. The ILBE is made this way to decrease things getting snagged on the zipper. These FAKE packs don't have that. They did manage to use YKK but here's another point- the bucks should be Nexus. So the answer is an astounding NO sir/ma'am (and Alex/stop answering questions you don't know the answers to!)

A: Made in China. Made out of unicorns and rainbows! The real and only ILBE (Improved Load Bearing Equipment) is designed by ARC'TERYX and manufactured by PROPPER INTERNATIONAL INC!!! Buy the real thing and you'll thank yourself. This company should be kicked off Amazon for falsely representing our militaries gear and the fine companies that made them!!!
