Makes delicious smooth ganache! Comes in 2 indiv wrapped bars and thinner so cuts easily which I liked a lot. I mostly break up an individual bar inside it's paper as much as I can to make less mess when chopping chocolate.

This is my favorite dark chocolate, and I feel good about eating it as the tested lead and cadmium are not bad relative to other dark chocolates.

I like this brand for baking. Great taste. I did think the baking chocolate was a bit pricey.

I use either this chopped up or the baking wafers to make brown butter chocolate chip cookies. Not too sweet but has a great depth of flavor. I use bon appetit's best chocolate chip cookies recipe.
