The best anti chaffe I have used.
I’ve tried countless other anti-chafing products, but none work as effectively as Body Glide. It’s the only one that consistently lasts for six or more miles in humid or dry heat. Now, let’s delve into the details of Body Glide:Application: It’s easy to apply. It works like a regular stick of deodorant. Simply rub it onto your hot spots (for me, that’s between my legs). However, it’s not as spreadable as deodorant, so some pressure is required.Scent: I haven’t noticed any scent with this product. That’s not a deal-breaker for me. I was primarily looking for something that prevents chafing during my runs. It could smell great or horrible, as long as it worked.Residue on the skin: I haven’t noticed any residue left on my skin. There’s clearly a layer on the skin to prevent chafing, but it’s never been noticeable. Even right after applying it, I can run my hand over it and barely feel anything. There are no greasy textures or stains left on my clothes.

Good for Chaffing
Really helps with chaffing when walking at work all day or exercising. Much cleaner and less hassle than AD ointment or similar items. Not too greasy buy enough to provide a protection layer. Only issue is be gentle around the plastic rim on your inner thighs and to get it to start rolling kn smoothly can require a few passes. Good product overall

Must Have
This product is a transformative solution for chafing. It has proven to be the most effective remedy I have encountered for alleviating this issue. Given my occupation as an outdoor worker in Florida, where the combination of heat and humidity presents significant challenges, I have found that this product has effectively eliminated rashes in all areas where I apply it. Despite enduring prolonged exposure to these conditions, which can last over ten hours daily, I have not experienced any adverse effects. Notably, this product does not emit a greasy or unpleasant odor. Furthermore, its durability is remarkable, as a single stick can last for several months, despite the substantial amount I use on a daily basis.

Works
No more chafing on my nips, or arms; worked right away. It is kind of hard to apply and kind of small but I went with this so I could take it on rides or runs with me. It works and my nips are happy

Effective chaffing stick. Works smooth application
Great chub rub that works after trying several other brands, the positive reviews helped in making my selection. I bought one of these for my larger son that works in heat he no longer comes home waddling in pain, I bought one for myself as a nurse and one for my daughter who is in sports and dance in the female version

As a big guy this saves me.
Alright I’m a big guy who likes to trail run. I’m 6ft 1 255lbs. Towards the ends of my trail runs I’d start chafing at my thighs a little that gets progressively worse. Ever since I’ve started using this I have had 0 chaffing and been running a lot still. It smells fine, doesn’t feel heavy, isn’t too greasy or uncomfortable but most importantly it gets the job done well. I will continue to use this product and definitely recommend it to anybody who has chaffing issues.

A runner's best friend
I started running about 9 months ago. I did a 5k after 3 months training then a 10k after another 2 months training. The big push was for a half marathon which I just finished after a total of 9 months running training. I didn't win but I didn't expect to :) I did complete and in no small part that was thanks to this lovely product.I had been running for almost 7 months before I needed it. That is when I hit 9 miles for the first time. I learned there was a bit difference between 8 miles and 9 miles. Who knew.At the end of that run I felt fine, then I took my shoe off and saw my sock was bloody. Turns out I didn't clip my nails close enough. Not a mistake I ever made again. The shock of that bloody sock made me miss the next issue. As that shock and the happy brain chemicals from running wore off I noticed some significant discomfort in several key areas of my flesh.Yep, bad chafing :(I spent the rest of the day researching why my toes were bloody and so much of my skin was rubbed raw. Glide seemed to be the answer and I ordered it.I ran with Glide in 99 degree desert heat for 11 miles. Felt great. I ran with Glide in the VA Beach Rock n Roll half with 90 degree heat and so much humidity that my fingers got pruney due to lack of evaporation. I didn't feel great but I didn't have any chafing so the Glide worked. The product goes on different than I expected. It is smooth to apply but almost feels tacky like a soft wax.I guess I was expecting something more like deodorant or maybe some kind of slick lube like texture. When I first tried it I was nervous it wouldn't really work. I tested on a couple short runs before I did a 10 miler. From what I can tell the glide starts working when you start sweating. This makes it slippery and it cuts down on friction of repetitive motion significantly. I haven't had any chafing at all since I started using it.It does wash off easily, so I believe the reviews that say it won't hold up for a triathlon. I can't speak to that but for a half marathon in some wicked humidity it will work wonderfully. In short, if you are a runner I highly recommend coating pretty much anything that might rub against anything else with this. It is well priced and seems to last and last. I've been doing 5 runs a week for 20-30 miles a week for a couple months and I have about half the container left.
