Modified by the reseller and voided the warranty from Dell
Modified by the reseller and that voided warranty from Dell. They added a wireless card not installed in the unit as built by Dell. They didn’t install it properly and it had a problem (very low signal). When I called Dell, they told me that the warranty was voided and refused to provide support for the wireless problem. The company had no email or phone number that they provided Amazon and we could only contact through the ask a question feature. I also looked up their address and it was a FedEx store. They also seem to go by several aliases, a lot of red flags there. Luckily it was shipped by Amazon and I was able to get a refund, but had to wait over a week after it was delivered.
