Using these to work your dough out of the bowl is effective. Nice and sturdy build with good thickness and a slight flex at the edge to get around curves. Can also be used for small and simple cuts into the dough. Two sizes give you enough choices for your job.

I have had time to use these bowl scrapers and they work very well. Working sourdough with the larger of the two scrapers works best. Both scrapers are easy to clean. I highly recommend and would purchase again.

We cook a lot and we use a lot fats. So these help save us a LOT of paper towel. Hard one helps with the crusty stuff, silicon one with the softer stuff.

I purchased this set to use with sourdough. I use the blue silicone one more, as a bowl scraper. It's much more efficient than a spatula and very sturdy. The grey one is a harder plastic and serves my purposes as a small bench scraper. I'd definitely recommend this set and purchase again if needed. I don't expect to need to as they are very well made.

Love these bowl scrapers. The large one is soft which works well when mixing sourdough prior to the autolyse and the smaller scraper is hard which allows for easy scraping of the mat after shaping the sourdough prior to bulk fermentation . These scrapers are well made and are dishwasher safe. I have many other bowl scrapers but since I purchased there scrapers, they are the only ones I use.
