I bought a gel formable retainer from Amazon to use this with. I put some in there make sure it got around all my teeth spread out. Great fell asleep with it on and woke up the next morning and could not believe how much wider my teeth were. It’s not a whitener you could use every day but certainly every two or three days and your teeth will be probably 2 to 3 shades wider and it looks stunning..

I didn’t even realize you can get this over-the-counter and was so happy when I searched and there it was and no time I had it in my house. My pearly whites are very appreciative.

I'm giving this 5 stars because it's good at what is does. But for me, I must stop using it because I have sinus issues which it is aggravating terribly.The good: It's packaged in two tubes, meaning the catalyst mixes only when you're ready to use it, so no need to store in the refrigerator ( unl.ike single tube rproducts). 22% hydrogen peroxide is the strongest dentists recommend (I asked mine). I saw notible whitening after 3 days twice daily for 30 min each.The HORRIBLE (for me): Huge warning to those with sinus issues. Hydrogren peroxide dries things out, which for me includes sinuses. I got the WORST sinus migraine of my life after using this product 1 day. I'm guessing the hydrogen peroxide foam touched my sinus openings (easy to happen with this product). So if you're senstive with a history of sinus issues, use caution. If you feel ANY irritation at all, stop immediately and rinse your throat and sinuses with a netti pot. Word to the wise.

This is made with carbamide, not with hydrogen peroxide so it takes twice as long as hydrogen peroxide would to whiten. So far product is good just wanted to share so that others are aware.
