It’s very cute but does come unassembled. I would rather buy one that is already strung.

Sweet 16 sign
It’s perfect! I needed it. Little smaller to fit for the photo shoot, so I just didn’t use “happy”. The 16 required a little tape to lay flat, but a simple adjustment!
