I recently went vegetarian, and this is a good source of protein and fiber. I cook these and other grains in my rice cooker, cook enough for the week. Sprinkle them on salads., I make a porridge out of them, I eat them like rice. I season them with sweet and I season them with herbs or miso the sky is limit

First time I try this, good, little goes a long way, is good.

You can get fresher organic spelt for much less in bulk elsewhere. This brand increased their price by 25% in a year.
