Crunchy and filling
I am always looking for a cereal that is both good tasting, healthy and most of all satisfying. Most cereal is filled with tons of sugar and is not very filling. Due to the crunch factor and fiber, it does fill me up and serves as a great snack in the daytime. I will sometimes grab a handful with nuts and eat them together.

Delicious and not too sweet
We love this stuff. It's got oats to give you some morning energy and it's not too sweet. We literally buy at least a box each week in our family.

Tastes good on tongue and mouth
Morning oat crunch is fantastic, if a bit pricey. Comparable to Quaker Oats Oatmeal Squares but a little less sweet. It's definitely worth a try.
