Miller's Mid Century Modern

The book arrived a little "used" looking - the jacket was torn, and scruffed to the point that I apologized to the person I gifted it to (for Christmas no less) - who didn't mind, really. It's a good reference for inspiration and ideas.

Ordered this book as inspiration for decorating my new condo. Found lots of looks and color schemes I liked that have helped me shop for new furniture pieces. Also doubles as a great coffee table book, so it's been put to good use!

Good table read. I was kind of expecting more though. Lots of pictures. Bought it for the wife, she loved it.

Very nice book full of images of Mid-century design. When I took the dust cover off, I was blown away to find a fabulous design embedded onto the hard cover.

Some things in this book were interesting. As a whole it was only OK. I was hoping for something more current about use of mid century furniture.

The definitive reference for Mid Century design. Excellent range of products and great history of designers and manufacturers. A must for beginners.

ich hätte einfach für den Preis mehr Bilder erwartet, z.b. manchmal nur 3 Bilder pro Seite, sehr viel geschrieben, ich finde ein Sammler muss auch entsprechen mehrere Bilder sehen um zu wissen wonach es gesprochen wird, damals gab es so viele Furniture und Accessoires Möbel die so ähnlich waren wie Kopien usw. aber schon sehr ausführlich und verständlich gemacht!

Ein sehr interessantes Buch mit vielen Bildern über die vielen sammelwürdigen Sachen des Mid-Century.Leider kennt man vieles schon und deshalb gibt es nur 4 Sterne!
