The reviews were generally good but there were a few that said there is no backlight or that the keys sit at a different height so I was worried. I need not have been. I didn't find there to be any issues at all. Backlight definitely works and the keys sit at the right height. As for the texture of the keys, it feels VERY close to an OEM from Dell. While installing, the fit was perfect in every way, from screw hole placement to the length of the cables. I am VERY happy with this product. I just installed this and this review is based on my first impressions. If longevity becomes an issue, I'll update this review. Review: PointStick is does not work properly. - If the PointStick, AKA nub, is important to you then, this not the keyboard you want. The PointStick is unusable. It takes a lot of pressure to move and it just barely moves. I made it as sensitive as possible using the Dell settings utility and it was still unusable. Otherwise, the keyboard works great. I have purchased two keyboards from different sellers. Both have the same issue.
