I like the product and video quality. I can record a short video clip (duration selectable) in the event of motion. Working perfectly for my requirement. The only drawback is no cloud service. I use a cheap WYZE as a backup.

I had purchased my first Panasonic hawk indoor cam in 2018 and I liked the way this device functions. There does not require any additional monthly payments for Saving the recordings. Been satisfied with the product I decided to buy two more this year for my garage room. At this cost this is the best product. I highly recommend it.

Bought one cam at Costco about 2 years ago. Loved it. App worked great and could check on garage from work. After about 1 year, decided to buy 2nd cam for house and found a great deal on a 2-pack. Bought it. Put 2nd cam upstairs. Initial download of the app from early to mid 2019 was working great. Allowed app update in spring or summer 2020 and noticed that when I opened the HomeHawk app, it kept wanting me to "allow" the app to know my (my iPhone's) location when using the camera app. Was easy enough to allow Settings to open and then close after opening without enabling GPS access to the app. Then in Fall of 2020 allowed app to update again and now cannot use the app without allowing it to access my iPhone's gps info. That is crap! That is pure BS. Why should this damn camera app need MY (my iPhone's) location???? Also, having concerns about who else might be able to access the camera feed or the stored videos on the camera's card. After this latest app update and how it FORCES you to allow it access to your gps location or it won't work, I unplugged and tossed all 3 cams. The app for these cameras is intrusive and likely very insecure with your info. DO NOT BUY!!!
