Soy is known to be drenched in herbicides, etc., especially the hulls. Have these been tested?

No clue about being "tested". But they worked like a charm. King Oyster was awesome.

Is this hulls only or hulls and oak 50/50

These are 100% Soy Hull Pellets. We have a separate listing for Fast Fruiting (aka Masters Mix) which is 50/50 Oak and Soy Hull Pellets.
