Works great for 6.0 powerstroke!
Worked great for my 6.0 powerstroke. I was able to verify low compression on cylinder # 8. If you remove the jumper starter wire on the left side of the engine you can do a crank test to see if there is low compression. Please make sure you truck in in neutral with the parking break on and keys out. You will need the Mightyvac adapter for your specific engine to use this compression tester. 6.0 part # is mva5610. The adapter shown I bought separately.

Perfection!
The media could not be loaded. Top quality professional tool. Used this in conjunction with the MVA5605 adapter to test compression on my 7.3L Powerstroke. Came with a blow-molded case that had room for my adapter in the lid. This tool will last probably decades in my shop. Worth every penny. Cheaper ones are possibly inaccurate or check valve doesn’t work right out of the box. This is the highest value compression gauge I’ve ever purchased. Don’t waste your time on a lesser tool. You’re making a decision on a multi-thousand dollar engine! The adapter was excellent, as well. Just screw it in the glow plug hole with your fingers. It seats well and no o-ring to mess with.

Nice compression gauge for the price
I would buy again, works great. Just takes a little research to find the right adapter from mityvac. Great liquid filled gauge.

Build quality was better than expected for the price
Worked as expected. Build quality was better than expected for the price. Outcomes of tests were repeatable. I did not have another gauge to check its accuracy against but I feel it is accurate for that my engine should have been with its age and mileage. Case is nice as well. I would recommend to a friend.

Only received partial refund
Only received partial refund. I bought the gauge and adapter from same company to check compression on my 7.3. The adapter did not fit. The threads were wrong size so I had no need for the gauge. Returned both but was only given a partial refund on gauge. Sucks that I am being charged for their false advertising claiming that these items work on 7.3 power stroke diesels.
