Ordered WHITE but received BLACK
Ordered the SPINE Brace Lumbar Back Brace, size Large, in WHITE for my mother. She is shrinking in her older age (she's now 92 years old!) and her spine is bending to the right. Her back surgeon recommended this brace for her. She does not like wearing dark (black/navy) colored clothing as it reminds her of funerals and dead people. I ordered the brace in WHITE but received BLACK. Ugh! Mom wore the brace for three days and decided she'll live without the brace. In her opinion, it's too much of a burden. Just to let you know, there is actually nothing wrong with the brace. Because of her condition, she cannot raise her hands higher than her shoulder or bend them very far behind her. I put the brace on her in the morning and, at night before she goes to bed, my sister removes the brace. So, the brace itself is good, just the wrong color. And mom is too darn stubborn to wear it.

Too large presses on abdomen when I sit.
. Unfortunately, it may be that it is too large for my 38 in. waist. When I sit the lower of the brace presses into my abdomen so its uncomfortable and I need to take it off after a couple hours. I wonder if there is a medium size available to take care of the problem. Can you contact the supplier and see if I can exchange for a small size. Thank you.
