This was an excellent purchase for us. We got it for my nephew's wedding. He says he uses it almost every night (They live in Palmetto, FL). He said it took some patience to assemble, but it works perfectly and cleans easily. Very sturdy. Moves easily. The most appealing aspect is that there is no dripping through a grate like in traditional grills. You can purchase a scraping tool, and just use a water spray bottle and some paper towels. Always dry completely and rub a light coating of avocado oil on the grill. Make sure you get the corners.

Bought this Blackstone griddle for camp shortly after receiving another Blackstone as a gift from a relative. It's been awesome this summer cooking everything from varieties of fried rice, fish, steak, fajitas, burgers, etc. I cook for a family of four and this has plenty of space for any meal we cook. The best part is keeping the heat of the kitchen outside the house while cooking a wide variety of foods.It's important to note that I have had a few learnings. First, I'm an instruction follower so I seasoned the new Blackstone according to the directions. It's remarkably non-stick when they are followed. Also, I had several occasions where it seemed cold and wasn't heating up properly. The regulator has a safety device that activates when turned on too fast. This drops the gas pressure and produces poor results. Simply bleed the gas and start over slowly.

I have absolutely no CONS for this grill. We liked it so much we bought 2 !! It is easy to assemble, easy to clean and easy to use. The 2 U shaped burners heat the flat top up much better than any other grill I've ever had. The wheels on it are really good quality so you can actually move it around very easily and it doesn't wobble.My husband cooks his breakfast and lunch on it every day now. Eggs, sausage, bacon, hamburgers ! No problem. What is really nice is you just scrape the grease off into the little hole in the back center into the little aluminum grease pan and throw it away and put another in when it gets full.Since the grease is not dripping down on the burners and inside the grill every time you cook we can actuallykeep it in the garage and it doesn't smoke or stink. Plus I expect the burners will last twice as long too. Wenormally always end up replacing the burners because they get full of gunk and quit lighting.

This griddle is perfect for your outdoor kitchen. I bought the natural gas conversion kit to go with my griddle so I could hook it up to our home gas line. Takes only a few minutes to get blazing hot so you are cooking right away. Easy to clean. I bought a cover to protect my griddle and I suggest everyone else should too. Makes great smash burgers.

Got it on sale, it does not have lid cover, ordered a soft and hard cover for $75. total griddle ended costing about $375.00. i saved enough on sale to purchased the covers. Also had to buy a new propane tank at lows for $60 plus propane fill $15. I am pleased with my purchases and new way to grill foods.

Fairly priced, easy to assemble and to set up. We just finished our first meal which consisted of smash burgers, roasted asparagus and roasted red peppers. It was the best outdoor meal we've had in years and since we went bunless on the burgers, it was pretty healthy. I don't think I have ever had a second helping of asparagus before but I did tonight. Tomorrow: scampi and smashed salt potatoes (its a CNY thing) and oh yeah, more spicy roasted red peppers!

This was the best price for this particular grill I’ve seen anywhere. If you have a big family like me, this makes meal prepping and mealtime so much easier. Worth every penny.
