Paul Davis - Greatest Hits

Hadn’t heard most of the songs on the album. It’s a good album and will play it with my oldies!

Paul's music is great! I was disappointed because the front and back covers are cracked. Also, papers behind the front cover was wet and are mow stuck together. There was no cellophane around the covers.

I do like this album but I am dissapointed that it lacks "Cool Night" and perhaps "65 Love Affair". Both I believe were hits when released although "65 Love Affair" was less so.

Very good. Paul Davis happens to be a great song writer who can sing as well. I have no regrets about downloading this album. I just listened to it last night. Very good collection, and priced nice too.

What a disappointment. Not his best songs!I wish I had bought the original 1981 album or the Greatest Hits I originally ordered. He has the sweetest voice but this compilation is a disappointing cd, By the way I miss records and albums and the sound quality. Have five more cd's coming from Amazon. I hope they are not this disappointing.

AORのスターだったポール・デイビスのベストです。これは82年アリスタ移籍前の作品集なので、あの名曲「COOL　NIGHT」は入っていません、ご注意を。（COOL　NIGHTの日本盤CDは今でも簡単に手に入りますよ。）さてこのCDはGREATEST　HITSというタイトルですが、シングル曲は１，２，３，５，７,９,１２の７曲。残り5曲はアルバムからの名曲です。実はこの5曲がこのCDの存在価値と言えます。なぜならこの時期の彼のアルバムは現在まったくCD化されていないから。熱心なポール・デイビスファンにとっては見逃せないCDなのです。SONY系のRAZOR&TIEから出ているSWEET　LIFE：HIS　GREATEST　HIT　SINGLESとダブるのはヒット曲の1，2，3，7，12の5曲だけですので、余裕のある方は両方買うのをお勧めします。安いですしね。ほんとに良い声とやさしいメロディが楽しめます。

あんまり派手ではないが、なかなかしみじみしたAORを聞かせてくれます。「サザーントラックス&ファンタジーズ」から1曲しか選ばれていないのが、残念。
