OtterBox Symmetry Series Case for Google Pixel 3a - Retail Packaging - Black

I picked this up for my son's phone after he saw how large my more traditional Otterbox cover is...but he did want that brand, since it has served our entire family very well over the years. This slimmer version was exactly what he'd hoped for. It was no problem to pop on and fit his Google Pixel 3a just right. It is still robust and has already protected his phone during a couple drops. It sits well in his hand, doesn't slide around, and looks just fine.

Good Quality. Looks good, feels good, would recommend to others.Also, seems to work well with Nite Ize adhesive (magnetic phone socket or metal plate)

This case is great. My first one lasted years through daily wear-and-tear plus coming into contact with various crafting materials (resin, acetone, etc.). My phone has minimal body damage despite the occasional drops and getting banged around. The case is fairly thin for being an actual protector and doesn't add much weight. Whenever I upgrade to a new phone my plan is to get another OtterBox case.

I drop my phone a lot. I'm not bragging, it's sad, but true. This case has protected my phone perfectly. I have a Supershieldz tempered glass screen protector, but the lip on the OtterBox case has kept it from touching any of the surfaces my phone fell on. After more than 50 falls, the case isn't damaged or scarred. I'm impressed.The case is lightweight and works great with my PopSocket.I recommend this case. I'll get one for my new phone when I upgrade.

OtterBox had always been pricey but still the best case I could find for the Pixel 3a. It fits snug. Its cutouts line perfectly. Its light and slimmer than cheaper chases, letting me readily use this phone's Active Edge feature. It never feels slippery but is still smooth. The stretchy cardholder I stuck on its back also fits perfectly. There's a mustard colored version of this that looked great, too, but the flat black of the model I bought still looks great and doesn't collect dust.

I have always used the Otterbox Defender, but I was looking for something a bit more compact and lightweight to protect my new phone, so I decided to give the Otterbox Commuter a try. As is always the case with Otterbox products, the Commuter is a quality phone case, but I was surprised to find that it consists of just a single piece of plastic/rubber that covers the back and sides of the phone. I was not confident that it would provide sufficient protection in the event that I dropped my phone, so I returned it and went back to my old faithful Otterbox Defender.

I haven't had a new Otterbox since I bought the phone way too many years ago to still have it. But I firmly believe there's no reason to replace something that still works. It fits my phone great, and I am so glad to have one that isn't falling apart.

My wife made me get this after dropping my phone a few weeks earlier and shattering the screen. It is definitely cheaper than a screen replacement that is over $100. The soft touch grip makes it really easy to hold. There are openings for the fingerprint scanner and camera so they are not impeded. Same with the charging port and speakers. So far after using for 3 months, I can say I am very happy with this case.
