The Rules of Engagement

Great book

I was first introduced to Dr. Cindy Trimm while viewing TBN. Juanita Bynum was hosting the program and introduced Dr.Cindy Trimm and her new book, "The Rules of Engagement". I was so blessed and impressed by Dr. Trimm that I purchased the book. When I received my copy of (the original) "The Rules of Engagement" I was surprised by how small the book was and yet how powerful it was. It helped take my prayer life to a whole new dimension! I wanted to share my experience of growth with everyone; so, I purchased multiple copies of this book. Imagine my surprise and delight when I discovered that Dr. Trimm had expanded the book. I was amazed at the vast amount of information regarding kingdom authority and spiritual warfare the updated book contained. This book is an essential tool in any Believer's arsenal. Everyone that I have given a copy of this book to raves about wealth of information. My mother uses "The Rules of Engagement" as a spiritual reference book. Everyone has thanked me more than once for caring enough about their spiritual walk to give them this powerful book.

When first looking at the title i thought to myself, oh? there are rules by which demons abide by? But in reality there is only one rule that they abide by, and that is the fear and obedience they still have to God. This book teaches you as a soldier of Christ how to effectively use the powers invested in you through the holy spirit and mind. Instead of praying to a God that you sometimes question if he ever hears you, you learn how to pray like Jesus told us to pray in Mark 11:24. (To pray like your prayer is already answered). You will begin to have the strength to have authority behind your prayers, and to really get a better relationship with Him and keep evil influence out of your mind. Just be careful not to pray like mentioned in Matthew 6:5-6, and if your life isn't spiritually in order; to come before God in pure heart in Matthew 5:8, as God will make the bent straight if you wish to pray with such authority. ***UPDATE: This book has saved people's lives. Using the principles taught in this book and through faith in Jesus Christ I've performed exorcisms and have removed demons from people's lives. I won't give the details of these events to avoid scaring anyone, but this is a fantastic foundational book to get you started on the walk towards fearlessness and victory through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Ì usually get worked up about books by the title until I begin to read it This has been true to the topic so far, easy to read, edifying etc. Let me see how it goes to the end. I would recommend it

This is a must-read for the Saints of God. I My apostle gave the hard copy to me to help me overcome spiritual attacks. This book strengthened me in my authority and power. I would recommend this to anyone who desires to go from glory to glory. From faith to faith

While reading the book, my eyes was open to things that I didn’t even even know about myself. The book teaches encourages edifies and brings correction all through love..

Cindy Trim invites the reader to understand that we are not wrestling with flesh and blood but a spiritual battle beyond what we see in its natural manifestation. Satan and his imps wants nothing more but for the believer to be ignorant to his tactics, but Cindy reminds us that with the armor of God s Word and a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ, you can stand firm and pray prayers that can break yokes, bring deliverance and salvation according to Gods will. There were some terminologies that I were not familiar with and will research, and I’d have liked more examples of prayer situations, but overall this book will encourage you to stay in the Word to win the spiritual battle.

I purchased this book because it looked like a great read, once I finish it, I can come back and review it again
