Excellent ,the product works super and the customer service are really awesome . I had an great experience with the Ikitch range hood , it’s really less noisy and fully automatic to turn on and off as the sensor panel is great advantage during cooking by avoiding using messy hands.I can say it’s really useful and cost effective appliance that is very valuable plus for kitchen.i saw so many range hood never find one with less price and 900CFM as ikitch . I very happy to have this in my kitchen.

***Update 6/5/25****I want to update my review and note that Iktch quickly saw the review I previously posted and reached out to me. They were apologetic regarding my experience, and about a big misunderstanding which resulted. We have sorted out the misunderstanding and it's left me feeling much better about this brand and their customer relations. In the end, and based on other's experiences, I think maybe I just got a unit that slid by quality control. Life moves forward.-----------------------------------I don't take the time to write product reviews, but this unit really irritated me on the install enough that I'll leave some feedback. I really felt for the price, I was paying a premium for a greater amount of airflow in addition to quality. I feel this unit is pretty much the same housing as all these other SS models that look like this, with POSSIBLY a different fan attached to the underside. Speaking of the fan, the screws that hold the venting duct to the top of the fan DO NOT LINE UP with the threads in the fan below. I had to modify my $430 vent hood 3x to enlarge those holes enough for the screws to line up otherwise the cheap black plastic piece that the ducting attaches to would not attach to the fan. These are all the same generic pieces you'd get with a $150 vent hood that looks just like this without the "hands free/motion" feature. Really feel like I overpaid, thinking i got something MUCH better, when it's really not much better than something 1/3 of the price. Fit and finish for install was not adequate, nor were instructions.

Installation on this was overall fairly easy. I think the trickiest part was getting the two U shaped sleves not to scratch each other while you push them up where you need them to measure where exactly things will go prior to final installation.Upon initially unboxing the instructions said to test the functionality, so I did that, however testing the motion sensing didn't "A" sound like something I needed to test, and "B" didn't describe how to really get it to work very easily so since everything else worked fine, whisper quiet, we proceeded with the install.Once installed, the motion was infact not working :(. Reaching out to amazon they did offer to do a refund on it even though it was a few days past the refund window. However I asked if the company instead could fix it as we really wanted to keep the unit. The only thing this unit could do better than its advertised to do is turn on automatically when it detects a specific level of heat below [we all can dream].Upon discussing the issues with the company we did have to provide a great deal of details to identify if this unit was part of a bad batch of units with regards to motion. Upon completing that, they very quickly like almost over night sent a replacement sensor bar, and it was not too hard to swap out.We are so happy with the look, ease of use, and its overal functionality with regards to getting cooking smoke/steam up and out quickly and quietly.It does fit 9' ceilings with a very gracious amount of space between the cook surface and the unit excellent for GAS ranges.Very easy to clean so far.

I have been looking for a Taiwanese product, which is famous for high heat cooking. Since they have been out of stock for long time I decided to buy IKTCH wall-mount version. I have used it for about a week. I am very happy with this product. It is very powerful, but very quiet. The timer keeps it running for another few minutes after cooking. That helps a lot. The cooking leaves no bed smell in the house. Plus, cleaning is so easy. I have used several models over the years. So far, this one is the best at a very reasonable cost.

Product works excellent with low noise levels, drawn air efficiently, and at a very reasonable price.It also comes with several smart buttons that are easy and convenient to use.

We love the look, and the power of this unit, but unfortunately, the chimney is much shorter than the spec sheet says, and we cannot make it work at the moment for our ceiling height. We have tried every way possible to make it match the specs they have printed in the listing, but it comes up 2" short no matter what we do. Does anyone have a phone number for them? I'd sure like to avoid returning if we can make it work. I'm hoping there is a chimney extension available, though I cannot find the one they show in their user manual.Has anyone run into this problem? I also have a ding in the hood, so we will probably have to return it anyway, but I don't want to replace it if the chimney won't be long enough to reach my ceiling. Many, I really like everything about this hood. Hope we can make it work out. I did send a chat, but I can't tell if it sent or not, and have no confirmation of them receiving it yet. I thought someone may have a phone number for them.We ordered a new model, a bit different than this one with a taller chimney. All is well, customer service worked really hard to rectify the original problem, but could not. We are trusting them to re order again. I am confident that the newer one will work out.

Great hood for the money and Emma in customer service was very helpful “top notch”when I had a question.
