The Dell s2721hgf is already VESA capable. It does not need a VESA adapter to mount. Remove the stand and rear cover to reveal the 100mm x 100mm VESA holes. Try standoffs if your VESA stand or arm does not easily connect to the recessed VESA holes.

Hi, there. I get a lot of questions about whether this mount works with different monitors, than the ones I actually mounted it on which are the two Dell s2318's. I have said in the past I cannot answer the questions regarding other monitor models because I just don't know, but I can say this. I bought an ADX dual monitor mount which is awesome and of course I already had the Dell 23" monitors which do not have the VESA rear mount brackets to accommodate the ADX mount's set up. So I searched quite a bit for a solution and it came down to two separate products, this one the HumanCentric one and another brand. The other brand had over 6 or 7% negative (1) reviews and in my experience that is a bad sign. So, I got two of these (a bit expensive but it was an "essential" item for my work) and I could not be happier. They worked perfectly. The mount bracket itself has multiple measurements for accommodating the monitor mount that you have and the monitors that are listed and there is even a measurement you can do (measure the distances between your monitor mount's mounting holes) and you should be able to see whether this mount adapter will accommodate your particular monitor mount AND if the number is listed, the clip that goes in under the back of the monitor should snap right in. Again, if it fits it provides a very solid mating with the monitor mount and the monitor! Hope this helps. i am going to cut and paste this answer if I ever get another question about this product.
