HOBOT-298 Window Cleaning Automatic Robot with Ultrasonic Water Spray and Control via Smartphone or Remote

When ordering the delivery said 7 days but after ordering it was 3 weeks. I contacted the seller to make sure i received the item quickly. They ensures delivery made in time ans so very grateful for that. The product does what it says but note it comes from abroad and so they have includes travel plugs to be able to use in the UK. Good suction on glass but yet to try on really dirty glass or on a hit day to see the results.

From small, medium to large windows Hobot does them all. We've struggled for ten years with our windows and were never satisfied with our hand cleaning results. We have a lot of different size windows and Hobot is excellent on all of them, but is outstanding on our larger ones where it seems to do the best because of more mobility movement. Our windows are now the best they have ever looked and we could not be more pleased. The price point has always been the sticking point for us, but it sure beats a broken bone or worse from a ladder fall or the cost of a professional cleaner. 3/4 of our windows are two and three stories high. We haven't started on those yet, but on the lower level where we can reach with two feet on the ground it did excellent and we are now proud of our windows. We are so proud we are going to name our Hobot "Sparkle." If Sparkle has longevity and holds up well without costly repairs or replacement then it will be money well spent. Highly recommend anyone that is hesitant to go ahead and bite the price bullet as we don't think you will ever be sorry. If you do decide to get one make sure you do as Hobot says by either dusting your windows first with the Hobot and blue pads (optional, not included) or with a swifter if this is the first time using the Hobot. We followed the Hobot protocol and could not be happier! We love the included liquid cleaner and will always be using that instead of plain water. My only suggestion to Hobot is to make a duel pair where they will synchronize with each other and do the inside and outside windows at the same time as this would be a perfect set up for us! Think about doing this Hobot and and then send us royalties. Ha! Sparkle needs a roomie named Shine.

Nachdem ich nun den Hobot-298 ausprobiert habe, muss ich sagen ich hatte mir aufgrund der Beschreibung und der im Internet gemachten aussagen mehr versprochen, leider sind meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Die in der Software hinterlegten Programme zum Automatikbetrieb, machen was Sie wollen und fahren nicht den hinterlegten weg. Ich überlege ob ich das Gerät zurück schicke oder ob es nochmal eine Chance bekommt

I found that the hobot got stuck on the angled trim around the window that made it stop moving and fall off. The widow needed to be fairly clean. But when I made a trim to square up the trim around the window it worked well.

This is quite possibly the WORST thing i've ever ordered or seen. I had so much hope to clean my second story condo windows and was glad i attempted it on first floor windows that i could reach. First this thing couldn't clean a CLEAN window much less a dirty window and just leaves streaks. Second thing the fluid reservoir is 2 oz, the mist it spits out is lucky to hit the window it's so little and fine, if there was any wind it would just blow away. Now the tether, so what exactly do you connect it to on a first floor? Put eyebolts above every window? This thing got lost in the first 15 seconds on the window, it never completed a cycle, it didn't detect the edges of the window (vinyl window). Great AI.... These should be outlawed as pure theft. It stuck to the window but it never successfully moved across the whole window, it did end up just streaking an almost clean window. Oh and if your window is dirty you're supposed to run it dry first so it SANDS your windows. Are you kidding me? DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP, DO NOT MANUFACTURE THIS DUMP FILLING PIECE OF GARBAGE. What a waste of materials and time. Whose bright idea was it? I expected something that worked, and unfortunately I tried a different type and.. absolutely the same thing, the concept is an exercise in abject stupidity. The company should be charged for building or even selling these. To think I thought it would clean a second floor inaccessible window on it's own, in a dusty environment was pure fiction. A stupid idea I fell for. RUN. Lets see a video of it working, it never will. Don't even bother going back to the drawing board pitch this idea out the window with the product. Make sure it's a high floor and take video of it coming apart in a million pieces.
