Not only is this a product that truly delivers on every demand you might have, but it has some incredible people working for the corporation. I have been using this consistently on my car during a road trip and any problem that I might have, whether it be a connection issue or a problem with the recording, the customer service people are always available and ready to help. I appreciate that they are eager to help and always have a good attitude, but most importantly that they are easy to reach and knowledgeable. The instruction manual that comes with this outlines exactly how to contact them. The instruction manual is also amazing for actually setting this up. Because there are so many different parts and cameras that you can interchange and use in different parts of the car, it can get confusing on how to install them and where, but I’m grateful for the color-coded and step-by-step instructions that are given here.Unfortunately, I do often see that a lot of the glitches for this are in connecting the DVR recordings to an actual source like a laptop or computer. The screen says that it is recording and gives you a really accurate playback, but it is hard to download it onto a laptop as the file doesn’t often show up until about 3 tries. I have gotten help from customer service for this and they always help me get the info, but I’m struggling with the fact that it isn’t the same process each time.Overall, I’m happy with this product. It is reliable and has a clear screen; just be sure to also know that you might have to be in contact with customer service for glitches.

Nearly two years after my initial purchase this company continues to provide outstanding after sales service. On the odd occasion where I’ve needed technical support, their representatives have responded almost immediately via email. This gives me further confidence in what is a great product at excellent prices.Original review:I needed a security camera system that also doubled as a back-up reverse camera and to observe the left and right side of my RV for over taking, turning and general traffic. It needed to provide quality footage at a price point which didn't break the bank. The JOINLGO system not only met my expectations, it exceeded them. This is because their products are built really well and the footage is superb.I was impressed with the 4 camera system from the start. It was packaged very well and securely. It came with good instructions and was easy to install. The cameras themselves are good quality, robust and most impressive is the colour night vision.There are many options to configure the system the way you want it. Adding cameras in the future is easy.I'd definitely recommend this system for motorhome owners who want an unobtrusive level of camera security, which also gives benefit to the driving experience as well.One other point. I wanted to clarify some technical data and enquire about other camera products, so I contacted the company directly. Their response was super fast and very helpful. They seem to stand behind what they sell.In my case I needed four security cameras for my RV, some of which would double as a working cameras for things like reversing.

1st mdvr worked for 12 hours. After troubleshooting with customer service was sent a new mdvr. Liked the mouse capability of the 1st mdvr unfortunately the replacement doesn't support a mouse. 2nd mdvr restarts several times per day, troubleshooting with customer service led me to buy new sd cards (specifically the cards the customer support recommend). Didn't solve the problem so I guess I'll have to hope nothing happens while the system randomly restarts. Neither the old or new remote will select cam2, guess I'll have to setup the triggers. The ir cameras are huge and finding a large enough area to mount them is difficult. When the cameras switched to ir they flared on the monitor which is very annoying have replaced them with non ir cameras which are also smaller and easier to mount Video quality is not bad but not what I expected. With the system replacement cameras and 2 sets of sd cards I have over $400 invested in a system that is barely better than the $90 system I was running.Edit: looked at video on computer. Terrible quality looks worse than the 720 camera system that this replaced. Very grainy looks like a 360 system.Edit: set the recording quality to 720 and now the system runs all day without any restarts. Looking at video on computer now is also much better. Apparently even though it's advertised as 1080 and all the cameras are labeled 1080 it's really only a 720 system.

The media could not be loaded. The product is awesome but my SD card got full and so I cleared the SD card and my screen went black now it just shows loading and won’t move from there I have tried unplugging and letting it sit then plugging back in the mdvr just won’t load is it possible I could get a new one sent out or some help? Thank you.

The accompanying user manual adequately explains the use and installation of the product. There are different parts and cameras that I can mount in different places in the car. I was able to mount it wherever I wanted. A notification that the recording has been made appears on the screen. sometimes difficult to download to laptop. I can say that I am satisfied with the product. screen shot is clear.

Awesome system would highly recommend however, why does my channel 4 camera not work??? Can’t get any visual of it on the screen even if I plug directly camera into channel 4 with no wiring attachment!

Very poor quality. Cheaply made for the price...

This is our 3rd time purchasing for party bus builds. Love these camras
