Is the panel easy clean glass both sides?

yes very easy to clean both sides, never had a problem with it.

There doesnt appear to be a seal on the bottom of the screen. If using a tray does it leak? Of does the screen have to go on outside of tray please?

the glass sits on the shower tray , then you put a mastic seal along the outside of the glass,not the inside, also a mastic seal up the chrome profile

To fit 300 return panel how does it attach to side panel glass? You slide bracket into glass panel but how do secure so it doesn’t fall out?

You insert the clear plastic gasket between the glass panel and the flipper panel as well as the top & bottom hinge bracket. On the outside of the shower.

Does this have a end panel I can buy too?

No but I believe you can purchase one if required check the website before you buy.
