Great for high energy working dogs!
Overall this is a win for my dog & I am happy with both the cost & quality! His teeth are cleaner, it occupies him for an hour or more at a time with just regular size, not small breed, dog food placed in it & it's easy to wash! If you have a difficult dog to buy toys for please keep reading my review for detailed observations. We have a Catahoula Leopard Dog who is very high energy & needs mental stimulation & exercise for several hours a day to keep him happy & healthy. This particular breed is bred to be very intelligent, high energy, determined & tough as they are used for hunting, herding, trailing etc. Catahoulas don't make great "house pets" especially if you do not meet their physical & mental needs. My dog is a large size dog with his shoulders at 24" & he weighs about 75lbs. He can fit his mouth easily around something that has a 7-8" diameter. He is worked regularly but still tears through toys both literally & figuratively & this Orb toy is by far the best one we've found for him yet. Yes, it is somewhat easy for an intelligent dog to figure out. For most dogs I'd say it's at an easy to medium puzzle level. However, where this toy is superior is in it's sizing & design. There is a slight squish to the Orb & it's surface is slippery so the dogs teeth have a hard time gripping it to really chew hard on it & the rubber is flexible yet thick enough that it will just pop back into it's intended shape after being squished. This design feature helps prevent heavy gnawing, ripping & shredding for the most part. The Orb toy also stays rigid as the dog rolls it around & the mouth of the toy is cleverly designed which facilitates the occasional dispensing of the food instead of large food dumps. For me this is a huge bonus because my dog only responds to interactive play & it takes a good long while for my dog to roll it around & get all the food out. All of this being said, if you're dog is not a determined dog it will probably give up & this won't be as great of a toy for your pet. Also, if you have an aggressive chewer who selectively chews & will repeatedly chew or work on the same spot this toy could also possibly be broken down into pieces if they were able to findd a way to hold it with their paws so that they'd have a specific spot to gnaw on successfully. As far as flaws go I haven't found any other than knowing that at some point the rubber will start to stiffen & break down with age & exposure to the elements making it easier to chew up but that should take years. All things considered for a $15 or less toy this is a great value. I've spent triple that for toys designed for "aggressive chewers" that my dog annihilated in under 5 minutes. In my opinion if you have a working breed dog this is a good option. I hope this review was helpful to those who have difficult dogs to buy for!

Can withstand a bully
I got this toy on a deal. Can’t remember how much I paid for it but now I wish I had bought two just as an extra one to keep around. I gave it five stars because I have a bully puppy and for the last nine months, we have been trying to find toys that wouldn’t get destroyed within 30 minutes to an hour of him having it. It is now a little over 3 1/2 months since I bought it and it is still in one piece. We don’t always put food in it. He absolutely loves just to play with it and throw it around.

FUN AND DONE!
First, I looove that I could get this dog toy in my favorite color! The orange color also helps to locate it, if your doggo has rolled it somewhere you don't know. This bowl toy is very durable, safe, and easy to pull open and fill. The only reason I don't give it 5 Stars is because the opening is so big, after it's closed, that unless you have pretty large pieces/treats in it, or jam-pack them in, they easily fall out, when my dog rolls the toy around. What I do, is put a whole Greenie in the bowl and then add treats around it. She's thrilled to have a treat or two spill out, as she rolls the bowl around. But what really keeps her occupied is trying to get to the Greenie. This is where the durability plays such a key role! Our dog is a Pit-Terrier and an extremely aggressive chewer, but the fold in the bowl is so strong that even her attempts to chew through it or claw it out don't work. That said, I would still supervise your dog's play with this. I know, if she really wanted to, our dog could eventually chew through the strong material to get to the Greenie, but thank goodness it's too thick and too wedged in to be worth all that time. The awkward shape of the bowl also makes it hard for her to grip it in her mouth foe chewing. For a dog's quick fun, amusement, and reward, this is a winner!!

Best feeder toy
The best interactive feeding toy we've found. The dogs love this whether it's empty or has food in it because it bounces all crazy. And it isn't hard plastic, so it doesn't make a loud crashing noise on hard floors like others. It is super durable and even our toy-destroyer husky hasn't ruined it.Our picky eater often prefers to have meals from this than her bowl.

Interesting dog toy, can be used with or without treats
A fun dog toy, and it seems durable. One dog really loves to play with it, the other dog will play out of jealousy, and the toy was still in good shape after being pulled by both dogs. The dogs enjoy it with or without a treat inside, it didn't seem to matter. Easy to put treats inside. I would buy this again.

Good but not durable
My dog loves it. It’s easy to clean. Started to tear after two or three uses from opening and closing. My dog thankfully isn’t a chewer, but it might not be durable enough for a does that is.

Works like a charm
Works fantastically for my little 6lb Pomeranian. I fill it with his usual lunchtime kibble. He was a little hesitant at first, but quickly caught on after I demoed it for him. Watching him figure it out and play with it is entertaining in itself, and you can really see their little brains working while they eat. Definitely distracts him and keeps him focused while I get work done too!
