Damaged, scratched surface
For use with encaustic painting, monotypes, etc. Surface must be smooth. There was scratch from one side to the other on the aluminum plate. Defective. Sent back already or zI would send photo.

Excellent product, I use it on a large griddle - ended up buying 2, and probably will buy more.
