Brilliant company.
Ordered these as they're not excessively high doses of vitamin B like some B complexes. I only need one a day and it works for me. This methyl formula is better absorbed by the body too. I ordered from the actual company website a couple of weeks ago and they'd run out. They promised to send me a complimentary pack once back in stock. Even a personal phone call too. Cannot praise them enough. I've got my complimentary pack and have just ordered another to ensure I have a good supply.

Strange packaging, unsure if they're doing anything
Not a huge amount to say about these really. The packaging is slim, the lid comes off entirely, and the package has a foil seal. I was expecting a way to shake out a single pill easily. I suppose the shape means this will fit neatly in a drawer or cabinet. The pills themselves are pretty unremarkable. There was some empty cases inside, which was a bit weird. The font on the label is absolutely tiny as well. Anyone with sight problems won't be able to read it. Overall this feels a little cheap considering the price tag. Like all supplements it's difficult to know if it's actually doing anything...
