I came across great disappointment after reading Yagan`s book entitled "Ahmsta Kebzeh
Whoever is interested to develop his or her Higher Bodies must pay attention to this unique and peculiar book. These Arcanes (Exercises) have been previously made public by Dr. Ottoman Zar Adusht Hanish under the denomination of MAZDAZNAN at the beginning of the 20th century. However, Dr. Hanish`s books do not take into account none of the important aspects detailed by Count Walewski such as Sun & Moon Breath. Dr. Hanish says nothing about color visualization either, nor about the 7-1-7-1 Mother Breathing Cycle.Later on, the Turkish mystic known as Murat Yagan (1915-2013) wrote about this tradition of Caucasian Yoga, under the name of Ahmsta Kebzeh. However, I came across great disappointment after reading Yagan`s book entitled "Ahmsta Kebzeh: The Science of Universal Awe - Vol 1" published back in 1999 when Yagan was 83 years-old. Murat Yagan clearly "copied & pasted" much of Count Stefan Colonna Walewski`s book. In other words, For example, his mention of "Careful Observation, Correct Interpretation and Practical Application" are exact transliterations of the Walewski manuscript. Yagan evidently underestimated that someone would ever compare both texts and find these striking coincidences. By the way,Yagan`s instructions regarding the exercises are distortions that do not respect the original Tradition. On the other hand, Count Stefan Colonna Walewski (1897-1955) provides clear and relevant descriptions to master each Arcane. His insight into the most profound details of Caucasian Yoga is really amazing. Count Walewski`s English is a bit obscure at times, but with Conscious Labor and Intentional Suffering, it is possible to grasp his writings. I have the firm impression that these Arcanes of Caucasian Yoga are the missing key to complement Gurdjieff`s Fourth Way.One interesting example of the connection between Gurdjieff`s Fourth Way and Caucasian Yoga. In the book "In Search of the Miraculous", P.D. Ouspensky quotes Mr. Gurdjieff talking about YAWNING as a method to recharge the accumulators. The only other reference to YAWNING as a means to recharge energy is found the Walewski Manuscript under Arcane Number 13. An amazing and not surprising coincidence.
