I ordered these saffron capsules to help me with my mood, appetite and energy levels. I have heard that saffron is a natural antidepressant and appetite suppressant that can also boost your metabolism and brain function. I was excited to try these capsules and see if they would work for me. However, I have only been taking them for a week and I have not noticed any significant changes yet.
