Q: Does this fit a 2003 Dodge Durango ?

Product number 6002 will not fit the 2003 Dodge Durango.

Q: Will these work for a 1996 2 door Tahoe?

I'm not certain, but I think the Tahoe has the rear axle positioned below the leaf springs, so you would need to get a kit to "flip" the axle to above the leaf springs to be able to utilize lowering blocks. (Just going off of memory, I might be mistaken) Keep in mind that performing an axle flip just by itself will lower the rear of the vehicle by an amount equal to the diameter of the rear axle + the thickness of the leaf spring pack.
