I researched headstand benches. There are some more expensive benches. This was a GREAT PRICE. It is very sturdy and well made. It takes the pressure off the neck and it feels comfortable on the shoulders. The padding of cushion is good. Very simple to put together. I am very VERY PLEASED with my purchase.

Absolutely lovvvvve it! I can’t get off it- I found so many ways to use it. I am also using it as a bench for hip thrusts for my glute workout day. The bench is super sturdy and easy to put together

I was surprised how sturdy the bench was. It stays in place on my Yoga mat and you can do a whole practice with it. The inversions are much easier with the bench; ideal if you want to add more core work. Glad I found this product for half the price of the famous brand one.Edit: not sure what the max weight is it will carry, but it held up my partner who is 190lbs and he felt safe.

Love the idea but the bench isn't that sturdy. I actually meant to return it but couldn't find the wrench to get it apart in time and missed my return date.The padding is comfortable and it's very easy to get into a handstand using the bench.I don't feel like it's sturdy enough for anyone that's wanting to do anything advanced. I was following a video and she jumps into crow, the bench is a bit too wobbly for that. Anything with a movement that isn't very slow the bench isn't stable enough for. I feel like the extra inch of width and length you get with a feet up trainer could make a big difference.So if your a beginner and want to get into handstands this is a great bench for you.

The first time I ordered this there were no screws in the package so they had to send a replacement.... which was annoying and a hassle but the delivery was quick and the process was pretty simple.Once I got the replacement I was very excited to use it! It was easy enough to put together but as I was putting it together I noticed how cheap the wood felt. That made me a little nervous given that I was going to be doing inversions on it but I wanted to give it a fair shot.When I went to use the inversion stand it was VERY wobbly. I am a rather small person so i can't imagine how much more wobbly it would be for a larger person. I wanted to really like this product so I tried to give it a fair shot, I kept using it (minus the inversion) for other yoga positions however I finally decided that it wasn't worth the 90 dollars if I couldn't even do inversions on it. I decided I've given it a fair shot only to find out I can no longer return it because its been longer than 30 days. I'm really bummed about this and now I'm stuck with a junk stand that cost me 90 dollars.I am really disappointed and I wouldn't recommend wasting your money with this product.

The item arrived with scratches and minor damage not done during shipment. The boxes were in perfect condition.Aside from scratches in the finish/“wood”.The material used to make it look like it was walnut (which I had paid extra for) was peeling away from the wood that it was actually made of. It’s like a laminate covering of some sort. And the wood underneath is very light colored. The color of the lesser priced items featured in the ad.Minor tear(s) in the padding where the staples were used.I wish I could add the pictures I have taken to my review to help explain it to you.All in all a functional piece of equipment.The quality definitely does not match the asking price. And I paid extra! 🤨

missing pieces - wooden dowels are missing cannot put together and there isn't a contact email - and now the site says no more available to return to buy another with all the pieces.

First of all, the assembly was quite easy, and required no additional tools. The bench itself is sturdy and functions quite well just as a seat. It comes with a 4 step instruction to teach you how to headstand onto the bench and it really is that simple. The support is great, and overall very comfortable.
