Very easy and intuitive to use. It's being used for what it was designed i.e. rapid pick-up and disposal of dog poop with or without plastic bags. These latter are useful if the poop is less firm otherwise bags can be dispensed with (one less environmental problem), the scooper lightly rinsed and stored in a bucket for the next use.The grab action is handy and sturdy but the the other plastic cotter pins/locks and springs are flimsy. The thickness of the plastics could be increased (the bucket, e.g.) and the springs made of stainless steel. This will result in a slight increase in price but could be tolerated because the product is already quite reasonably priced. I think ₹600 - 650 for a sturdier product would still be attractive.Last - but not least - the packaging was a surprising choice: Despatch was in a plastic bag when it should have been in a sturdy carton. This was the main reason why one of the plastic cotter pins sheared resulting in the product having to be replaced.The product is a good, societal contribution. The pressure is on all of us to be a bit more responsible for our pets' waste. Not only are we using it (sending out a message that doing this is not demeaning) but the lady who helps with the cleaning is very pleased, too, that this task is achieved with more dignity.Thank you.

Excellent design with great reliability . This product is a real help . Moreover it's value for money and delivers perfect results . Very well designed .

Before writing review for this.. I want to say that I had the cheaper version of this product worth 200-250Rs (local vendor) and the quality of it was not good... The spring got loose after some weeks of usage as the platic was of bad quality...So I was a bit sceptical before purchasing it...But this thing seems sturdy and I'm sure it will last long. The plastic quality is good, the jaw is big as well, so it covers lot of area to pick the poop...Overall goood product... It's a bit expensive that other options available here... but its worth the price if you want this type of product

This product is nice, but it has a big design flaw and lasts about 3-4 months. Everything is fine except the springs. The springs get rusted and break in 3-4 months. I suggest the springs should be of Stainless Steel, so that they do not rusted, or replacement springs should be available. Once the spring breaks, only option is to buy a new product.

Bad qualityNot working well

Got this for our two pets. The product looks good and sturdy. Got good scolding from my siblings for buying this saying I would never use this. They were clearly wrong. I did use it to pick few things from ground when I was feeling lazy. And after using that for straight 3-4 days, now it cries in the corner.
