Very impressive, not even considering the low price
I am very impressed so far. I have only had the watch for a few days, and I have only owned one other mechanical watch before. However, this watch was much more than I expected. First of all, the build looks and feels very solid. It is all metal and glass, not plastic is visible. The face has a finely screened details, not the blurry low detail mess I see on some watches. The hands are finely detailed as well, with the serpentine style adding a lot to the antique feel of this watch. I am very impressed with the appearance. The watch is aged to look like it is antique. The brass has a worn look to it. The back is textured with dark aging in the crevices, giving the feel of a piece that has been in many hands for many years. The texture even appears worn in a few places as an antique piece of brass would after being used for many years. It looks like a used but very well maintained watch. It even looks like there is a bit of oxidation at the base of the stem, just as an antique piece would have. The chain feels antique as well. The links are made of a folded piece of brass preserving the antique appearance of the watch. It has a clasp on both ends so it can be detached from the watch if desired. EDIT: the lobster claw clasp on the chain has broken; the spring came out and not it does not stay closed. I am not concerned as I didn't really use the chain anyway. As would be expected for a watch from the period this one appears to be from, there is no illumination on the dial or hands. The styling is period appropriate without being gaudy. This is a mechanical watch. I don't know what the movement is, but it is beating at 21,600 beats per hour or 6 beats per second. The two sub dials on the front are functional as well (something I wasn't expecting given the price and from the description). The left dial is a 24 hour dial, making it clear from a glance if it is morning or evening. The right dial is another second hand (it has seconds on the center and seconds on the sub dial), though the two second hands are not synchronized. Power reserve is adequate. Twenty turns of the crown (which is about all it will accept) will give it 29 hours of run time, which is standard for most mechanical watches. It is automatically winding as well. Wearing it for a day gave me another 5 hours of power. While this is not enough to power the watch on its own, I was carrying the watch in my pants pocket (that little one I never used to use) and so it didn't get as much movement as a wristwatch would get. It would be enough to carry the watch over for a little while longer if I forget to wind it in the morning. My watch looses around 26 seconds per day as measured by my time tracking app. By far not chronometer grade, but very acceptable for my purposes especially given the price. Overall, I am very impressed with this watch. It is exactly what I was looking for, a watch to go with my portable sundial/compass and sextant, all in brass and all for a nautical theme. EDIT: So I just accidentally dropped my watch. It bounced off my knee, hit a wooden chair, bounced off my desk drawers and hit the wall landing on the carpet. Not a scratch, and the watch is still ticking. I am not saying you should regularly do what I did (my heart just about stopped while this was happening) but this watch can take some abuse.

Better quality than expected
Wonderful watch. Holds time very well over a week was within a minute of set time. Fully wound it has kept running well over 24 hours. It is a beautiful watch also.

Stops at midnight???
I do like the looks of this watch, but im having issues. I have kept an eye on it, checking it every hour and it seems to keep good time. I give it 3 or 4 winds each time. The problem it when I get up in the morning it has stopped at about 11 after midnight. It's done this twice now so I will be watching it. I guess you can't expect much for the price. Time will tell. Update... do not waste your money. This watch is a POS! Stops constantly, you have to shake it to get it to work again. I have cheaper watches that work better!

Decent Watch
I've had this watch for over 6months now. The glass dome gives it good weight. And, has not scratched. It tool me a couple of weeks to get the correct rythem so I wasn't over or under winding it. Pros - Good weight and nice color keeps decent time and no mechanical issues so far. Cons - The chain that comes with it is too short, needs to be longer. The round clasp on the chain is both cheap and weak. The other clasp is decent. The skeleton hands can make it hard to read in low light. The mini second hand dial is reduntant and the mini 24 hour dial is useless, much too small to read. it would be a much better watch without the mini dials and with regular hands instead of skeleton hands. The one I recieved gains a little over a minute a day.

Five STAR, but please read my review first.
2nd UPDATE===》IT IS FAR BETTER THAN I EXPECTED +- 8 Seconds (Net from full wind +8 sec to unwound -8 sec, the time is 100% Accurate and Last 73 Hours (NOT 24hrs or even 36hrs) WOW). Plus it is Water Proof to 30 meters, good for light rain and condensation, BUT NOT FOR SWIMMING. I Said it's 3 to 5 Jewels below, my mistake it is INDEED 17 Jewels. The Crystal is not Mineral Glass, but it is a very Scratch resistant plastic, similar to Glass. All of this Information is hard to track down and varies from vendor to vendor depending especially on quality concerning case styles, but the internal watch movement of this type is usually the same make, movement and quality, (I believe this UPDATE to be correct now. I have not changed what is stated below for your reference), Sorry for the confusion. For the price point it's five star. 1. I bought it because the hands can be seen against a white background and Roman numerals. 2. It's a disposable item. Cannot be serviced. The back is pressure fitted by the factory and no way to open. 3. I repair watches, so trust me, it's 3 to 5 Jewels at best, opposed to a quality watch at 17 to 21 jewels. 4. Timing, typically it's fairly reasonable. Mine so happens to beat that. But here's what you can expect for best case. When fully wound it gains 1 minute the day. At the midpoint it's spot on accurate. As the spring unwinds towards the end it loses 1 minute a day. Overall timing is perfect. Mine exceeded the 36 hours maximum expected. 5. The crystal is plastic. The chain it comes with likely won't scratch the crystal, but the chain won't last and in my case the loop where attaches above the crown came right off. Warning, this is not a watch to be dropped. I carry mine without the chain in a Leather Pouch. In closing, it's worth the money. Could last a long time with care. See photo attached.

Prettier than the original
So is it a knock off of a Charles Hubert, yes, is it's actually prettier than the original watch, so much prettier and I was expecting something kinda cheap and fragile but this thing has a really good weight to it and it's so so pretty I'm way happier with it than I expected it's a bit smaller than your average pocket watch but its fine. I really like the metal they used it's stainless steel so it's durable.

This pocket watch is handwound, No need for batteries, keeps excellent time, barely hear it ticking. These types of watches last for years, the old one that I had was from the 1820's and it just gave out a few weeks ago, And was owned in the family since new. Excellent craftsmanship, and it looks like it was made in the 1800's, very classy, would definately reccomend it to anyone.👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙂🇨🇦 Update, I have owned this pocket watch for a while now and I have had zero issues with it so far, it works as good as the one that I replaced with this one, keep 'er wound every twenty four hours and you have one heck of a pocket watch, and it is a excellent value for this pocket watch.
