Review: Good product with excellent customer service - Excellent product performance and customer service. After using in excessive hot climate during summer in Chennai, my unit failed. On contacting service they arranged a replacement and took back the non-functioning unit for root cause analysis. The replacement unit has been working without any hassles. I get more than 4 to 5 hours of backup for Tplink Gigabit router.
