Cord not included and no matter where I am it seems to never find a satellite signal. I am adding to this review as I was contacted Dec 2nd saying I would receive my missing cord in 4 to 7 days. Today is Dec 13 and still nothing once again I would advise everyone do NOT buy from this company! They will not reply when contacted now!!!! This weekend I used the GPS on my first trip with it, TERRIBLE I was out of state and the screen kept going black shutting itself off and would not come back on. This is the worst thing I have ever gotten thru Amazon! It is lower than 1 star when I am out of state and can't use it!!!!! DO NOT even consider buying this!

Pros: Inexpensive, uses no cellular data, maps are fairly accurate and can be updated easily, can connect in car to FM radio.Cons: No voice commands, internal speaker volume is very low, no Bluetooth, sun shroud covers power button and is not the best quality.The manufacturer's website contains no user instructions and maps are the same as the ones that shipped with the unit. The unit has an option to search Google, but no way to connect. Plugging the unit into your PC disables the navigation function. This needs a full user's guide which the manufacturer has failed to provide. This definitely a navigation tool that you will have to program before you go.

I guess you get what you pay for. It's not the simplest to use, you have to go through a few steps every time you start to navigate. Where im use to Google maps, just say navigate to an address and go. This GPS requires opening the screen you want to be in, and typing in the address. Definitely not a device to depend on if your pushed for time. Plan on 2 to 5 minutes minimum. And at night you have to dim the screen manually. Doesn't dim automatically. But it's good for the price.

This works well but has problems. I missed the road to the overpass because it didn’t show me the turn. And I had to spend 30 minutes to get on the right route. This does not show timely turns and the need to change lanes. And it is very annoying. I don’t really trust it. I constantly read the signs and look at the phone. It also incorrectly shows speed. A lot of flaws. A lot of addresses that this does not see and can not find. It does not show addresses correctly. I can not find in the words "DMV" or "hotel. The map may have been loaded incorrectly.

We are so unhappy with this product. We used it for the first time 2 weeks ago and we wanted to throw it out the window. No road names were given, just "leave road" was said. We had trouble finding stuff, getting a signal (we were in Orlando, that should not have been a problem). My husband asked if it was too late to send it back. I bought it because it was one of the deals. I actually thought I had bought a Garmin, but it was not that.

VISUALLY THE GPS IS GREAT HOWEVER IT DOES NOT PROVIDE VOICE GUIDANCE FOR USA. I EMAILED AND CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO RESPONSE. UNFORTUNATELY I AM SENDING BACK TO THE AMAZON UNSATISFIED PILE OF GADGETS.

What i like about this GPS large screen ,updated maps 2019,clear voice, red light alert ,speed alert , 7 difference voices you can use in engllish reason for not giving it a 5 at time its seams to stumble it say something that your not sure of then give you a quick last minute direction after i use this unit a few times i may be able to correct this problem

This GPS seems to have a learning curve. I would suggest you initially use it to destinations that you are already familiar with
