I was a bit iffy on purchasing this item not sure if it would work or even be beneficial to my daughter whom ice skates. I have to tell you I was surprised. She has been able to use this board to practice her turns, spins, and much more without having to be on the ice. It has really been good at providing that extra practice time.

Great for practicing spins
I recently purchased this due to recommendation from my coach. It made a huge difference in my spinning! I'e been struggling with spins for half a year now, despite making huge progress in my footwork and my jumps. It's really helped me think more about my form and work to find my center of gravity.

Good for off ice practice
