I liked these, but I think they're pretty salty. I had a little bit of a hard time tasting the plantain through all the salt (130 mg of sodium per serving). That may be because they're very thinly sliced. I actually like the thickness, though, and found these a little easier to eat than other plantain chips I've tried.These are pretty high in fiber (one bag has 9% of what you need in a day) but are also high in saturated fat, since they're fried in palm oil.Very few chips were broken and there weren't any sharp edges (sounds silly, but I've run into thinly-sliced fruit-based snacks before that bordered on being dangerous). These would be good with a sandwich for lunch and a decent trade-off for potato chips. (Just don't go thinking they're healthier than potato chips, because they're really not.)I was very sad when I finished my one bag of these. I don't think I'd buy a whole case, personally, but I'd definitely consider getting a couple of bags in the future.
