I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift in hopes of some good, fun, friendly competition!!! What we got was a good laugh!!! It’s so much harder than it looked in the videos I had watched! However, with practice my skills have been much improved. It’s so much fun and really takes coordination and focus. WARNING: it drives my little ball loving Yorkie crazy 🤪

Great exercise and great for hand and eye coordination. Very well made at a great price and I enjoye using it.

Bought for my nephew for christmas and was fun once we figured out set up. Definitely will improve his punching ability and give a nice workout.

Just as advertised. It’s not junk. It’s very nice. It’s a gift for Christmas so not sure how they’ll like it but I opened it and it’s very well put together and more like an adult gift.

Seems fun but the instruction manual says it comes with 2 headbands and certain colors of balls which are completely different which that part is fine. But we only received 1 headband. And it’s kind of a pain to adjust the strings for each person

This review is for a Champs MMA Boxing Reflex 4 Ball Set. Let me start by saying that there is a big advertising push for another boxing reflex set, and it takes a back seat to this set. It comes with the headband, spare strings, four different balls of varying weights for beginners up to experienced, and an app that has a punch counter. This ball set is great for a lot of reasons, it can improve hand-eye coordination, reflexes especially for seniors, and you break a sweat which means that I’m burning calories. The app does a lot more than just count hits, there’s much more to dive into to keep you going athletically and improve your boxing.

The durability is great. I have been practicing it for over an hour a day just a great product.

Amazing gift! I received one in a gift exchange and decided to buy another one as a gift for my dad. Lots of levels to play with and it’s fun for everyone. I love that it promotes movement for all ages too. Punching ability had mixed reviews, we actually thought the tennis ball was easier than the beginner ball.

This is a well made and has been great fun to do. It’s definitely worth the money I paid as not as expensive as others on the marketplace. It absolutely gives you a bit of a workout once you get the hang of it.

Davvero divertente, serve un po per prendere pratica, ma una volta acquisita ci si diverte parecchio. inutili le palline leggere per un adulto, sono talmente leggere che risulta piu difficile usarle rispetto a quelle piu pesanti. Usare dei guantini tipo quelli da sacco serve eccome per non ammaccarsi le nocche con la pallina da tennis inclusa. Ci sono anche elastici di scorta!

Got these for our kids who do Martial Arts -- great and fun way to practice their reflexes. Fun for whole family to try (and watch when someone misses! lol). Not only great for hand-eye coordination but also becomes a fun game to challenge to see who can do the most.
