Not disappointed.
I bought the Solar charger specifically for a 3 day biking event and needed a secondary power source. The solar charger should be charged completely before leaving the house but once charged it charged my IPhone 4s 3 times to 100%. I tried to charge other devices in the sun as a solar charger but the charger itself kept shutting off. If you leave it out long enough the charger will charge itself but with nothing attached to it. Overall the product did exactly what it said it could do.

Charger worked to charge 2 phones when fully charged. But, the chargers I use to charge our phones and other equipment at the house will not fit into the charging slot. They are too wide and not long enough to fit thru the rubber coating on the charger. I will have to cut some of this rubber coating away to use these chargers that are already attached to home power.

Perfect for Our Needs!
My husband uses an App on the golf course to track his hits, score and find distance. By the 14-15 holes his phone has been dying because of the drain of this app. I got him this charger for Christmas and he absolutely loves it! He is able to complete his games now with no issues and still have battery to call me after wards! It was a perfect solution for a very picky and hard to please man!

Product works well and as marketed. It carries a decent amount of power and it can be solar charged or via the wall. I recommend to anyone that wants the additional convenience or is outdoors often. Perfect for camping. Note that it does take awhile to reach full charge. Don't expect it to charge at the same rate as your brand new smartphone.As for my experience with the seller...great customer service. I ordered two chargers prior to it containing the additional pouch. I received it on time as promised. The seller e-mailed me asking if I received it and proactively offered to send me two pouches for free. Those came in a few days later.

Received as ordered. charged as directed in manual with charger that fits my droid. will be using on trip in October to charge my Droid and my Fitbit HR.Cannot post any more until I have had it for a while. Well charged from home electric as instructed. did charge my Droid once. second attempt to charge ph stopped at 47%. I wanted a true Solar charger that would charge from the sun. THIS WILL "NOT" CHARGE FROM THE SUN.!!!. Not worth my money. not what I ordered. throwing in drawer with other useless stuff.

We absolutely love this! We used it on a camping trip. It worked great. We charged our cell phones with no problems. Though it does take awhile to charge, which we expected. It's just great to think that in an emergency it would come in very handy.
