It may sound silly to write a review for this but I love this clip and for some reason I can't find it anywhere. I left mine while away. After looking in stores my husband suggested searching Amazon. When it arrived I was pleased to see it was exactly as my other one. It is very sturdy and well made. If you have bought others and realized how thin and cheaply made those were you will appreciate this one. I have bought ones that immediately break when dropped, pinched my hair or just not held my hair.This clip has no slip grip dots on the inside to help hold your hair.I have long thick hair and am able to wrap my wet hair up and it will hold all day in this clip. I can wear it up in the clip for an hour of Zumba and it stays in! I am thinking of buying another, wished it came in another color.

I have super thick hair and can never find a clip that holds my hair until now! This clip is perfect and holds my ridiculously thick hair perfectly!!!

Before this clip I bought a 3 pack of goody clips. They were so pathetically lousy I immediately got a refund from Amazon. The teeth were so flimsy pieces would randomly break off during the day, and the clip never held my hair. So I was so relieved to get this one instead. This one is FANTASTIC. It doesn’t budge. It’s very sturdy. I can’t say enough good about it.

Love this clip. The silicone on it helps my thin hair stay in place. Higher quality than other clips I've used.

I've bought this clip twice now, with Amazon replacing it once because it arrived broken.I'd used my first clip for over 3 years and was so relieved I could buy one here. It's the ONLY hair clip I use because I have super long and thick hair and it's the only one - out of 3 others I bought - that actually keep my hair up.It's got a clear, remember grip inside the claws that help keep your hair gripped and in place.BUT, it's fragile. Not so fragile that you can't drop it or it'll shatter, but fragile as in it'll break the claw points if your sleep with it your hair (duh) or try to close it tighter on your hair. I've gone through only 2 and I'll still buy them, even if I might break a claw or two. It's still usable and does the job.

These clips are indispensable for my thick hair, and the only clips I've found that actually keep my thick hair managed. I use them a lot to keep my hair up/back, and they usually get daily heavy use from them for about 5-6 months before something about them breaks. In my opinion, this is very good for a bit of plastic with a metal spring and the high-level of abuse I put them through. I keep one in my car, one in the shower, and one for the bulk of the day's activities.

Have used these clips for years. I have thick hair and these are almost perfect. Strong and comfy to wear.
