Great product! Fits lots of items for a full day of work. It’s sturdy and keeps things cool throughout the day with ice packs in it. Came with an adjustable strap that is detachable which makes it easy to carry. Style is super cute! Great value!

Bag came as it’s shown in the pictures! Was afraid the blue wasn’t going to look the same but it’s so much better in person. Very pretty, bright colored, insulation is good quality and the perfect size! I love it!

*update 11 months later* Well this lunch bag held up to the whole 8th grade school year with no issues. It is dirty and smelly, but its gone through alot! She is now entering High School and I highly doubt she will want to carry a lunch bag this big. Most high schoolers shove their lunch in their backpacks. Or just buy snacks in the snack bar. So she will no longer be needing it.The large side pockets of this lunch bag have held her folded up notes to friends about her "crush", her pens, pencils, her glasses, empty candy wrappers, all the fun little things that middle schoolers hold. Most every morning I would take out this lunch bag and make my daughters lunch (because I have the time). And as silly as this sounds, I'm sad to see it go because its yet another sign of my last baby growing up, another step to independence. I'm getting sappy here my friends, but those who have children, you get it. The lunch bag is great. I highly reccomend it.**update, 7 months later. The lunch bag is still in great shape. No tears, no broken zippers or ripped insulation. No loose stitching. My middle schooler takes this bag to school 5 days a week. It was so dirty. I washed it with a washcloth and mild soap and it cleaned up well.***My middle schooler likes her lunch bag. I can't say it has the best insulation, I add 2 ice packs for items that need to remain cool. She has the light pink and gray bag, so it is getting dirty. But I didn't expect it to stay clean from a middle schooler. I did clean it with soap and a wet towel, it cleaned up well. I like the side pockets and there is a mesh pocket on one end where I put a hand sanitizer. The zipper is working well. It is VERY roomy. Maybe to big for a young child. It fits her little bento boxes, a bag of chips, a water bottle and a flat ice pack, plus another smaller ice pack on top.

Was wanting something bid enough to hold a six pack and some sandwiches plus ice pack. This is perfect for that, advertised keeps things cold up to 10 hours, we’ve used it about 5 hours and it did seem pretty steady there. Nice pockets and opens wide for putting items in and has optional shoulder strap. Only negative thing so far is zipper seems really cheap and too light for size bag.

Very roomy with strong stitched handles. We love the color and it keeps things cool for hours. 👍

Good price and good lunch tote. I picked it because it will open up and stay nicely open (big open rectangle) so I can easily take things in and out and look around.

Easy to put flat salad containers in it. It hold multiple containers of different sizes easily at the same time along with a bottle of water.

They bag is nice and made well. However, it’s not as big as I expected from the description. I ordered the 12L instead of the 13L because I thought that would be too big but I was wrong. Based on the pictures I thought I could surely fit the items I take every day (as seen in my pictures). The bag is flexible but the top has metal in it to keep it ridged and easy to zip. That is a nice feature but I am not able to zip around most things. Even if I play Tetris and turn things on their sides they don’t always fit and if there’s liquid in them I don’t like to do that. But looking at their pictures it seemed big enough. I use the XL flat ice packs and they don’t take up much room (they don’t last very long at all but that’s a different review) so I leave the bag open until I get to work and put a couple things in the fridge. I ordered this bag purposely so I wouldn’t have to use the fridge. But if the size works for you then it is a nice bag overall. It’s made well. The only other thing I’m not a fan of is the mesh side pockets. I wanted them because of that white water bottle which the circumference is little smaller than the size of a coke can but it doesn’t fit if there’s stuff in the bag and kind of doesn’t fit in general so they’re kind of useless for holding drinks. I really wanted a large insulated bag that was not a ridged box and this one just isn’t large enough for me. But like I said, if the size works for you then it’s a decent bag overall.
