2019 Apple iPad (10.2-inch, Wi-Fi + Cellular, 32GB) - Space Gray (Renewed)

Got this device, then had to sell it later, yet not due to any faults or seller’s fault. The device arrived in a mint condition, good as new let’s say. There has not been a single scratch or faults wherever I tried to look. But the issue remains within the device itself. It’s from 2019, which is understandable for it be a bit slower, with shorter battery span (which, for me, was still quite capable to last a full day on a single charge - but my usage was kept to basic stuff), lower screen resolution, lower camera resolution, and the storage is limited to 32GB, which for this age is quite less than required; noting that you will only have available around 22-25GB of available space due to system usage, which even makes it worse. Add to that the previous generation processor, which is a bit outdated by today’s standards, and the fact that it may not receive security updates within the next year or so.All of that doesn’t render the device unusable or worthless; on the contrary, the device can by fully used and enjoyed by anyone who’s interested in getting a cheap Apple device and a great tablet with modest storage and speed.That was the long answer, yet if you ask me whether this device is usable in 2023? I would say definitely yes. It works, and it works quite well. It just wasn’t my cup of tea.

First time buying a refurbished product on Amazon and fair to say I'm really impressed!Wanted my iPad back from my daughter after she claimed it for songs and games and this was perfectIt's exactly as described, came with a charger and plug, I bought a 360 case and screen cover for it and it's perfect.Only 32gb but perfect for it's use.Was a bit complicated at first to set up the family link to put child controls but once set up it's an amazing feature, you can control everything from apps, music, websites, screen time and purchases.Looks brand new, no scratches or imperfections, was 98% charged too and arrived a day earlier than expected!Amazing value for money and would 100% recommend

The media could not be loaded. I’m so impressed with this!I bought this iPad as a Christmas present for my daughter, (Yes it’s early, I like to be prepared!)I ordered this on Friday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday morning!I’ve set it up and much as I need to for now, with a new iCloud account, change of wallpaper etc and I can’t fault it at all, it works like a dream and the condition of it is immaculate! Immaculate condition. Seems to be working great so far and got no issues. Quick delivery and well packaged. Came with an off brand charger but works well. Daughter is happy with it.. Only slight issue is the home button keeps clicking and getting stuck but not a major issue. Have ordered another newer for myself ipad as was pleased with this.

Affordable and works well

I ordered 2 of these- 1 for me and 1 for my partner. Amazing purchase, we are both happy with them. Even came with a brand new travel charger. Excellent condition, battery life is brilliant. Highly recommend.

Not a good experience buying a renewed iPad.It was in poor condition.Body was deteriorated from charging port area.Main function key wasn’t working from beginning.Battery was faulty playing up and down 0% to 100% within seconds.Never connected to WiFi nor entered any iCloud but seller said so ( I don’t know the reason for them to do so).Amazon seems to be not in control of renewed products. Selling such a product under the label of “Excellent Condition”. Which ruined my son’s gift and it took them almost 3 weeks to refund it. Initially rejected my refund request then approved in appeal. They don’t refund you postal charges either to send the faulty item back. Very hard to contact them and explain the situation. Application isn’t very user friendly.Conclusion: I don’t recommend to buy renewed item from Amazon. Too much hassle, frustration, unnecessary stress and kids’ nightmare to bring out a faulty product out of the box.

This is the third apple product I’ve purchased from the Amazon Renewed store, and I’ve been extremely impressed with all three. Each time I’ve purchased the A- Excellent condition products and they have arrived as described and have all looked brand new. You get peace of mind buying from Amazon vs an an unknown seller plus you get a 1 year warranty. Highly recommended. Very happy, thank you!!
