Great product & comparable to other similarly marketed ones.
Was a bit leery about ordering online but then realized I ordered the higher grade brands online so how could I go wrong. The price point is great for the quality of the product. Their was a very slight difference to the brand I usually buy. However, all my guest liked it just as much as the more costly brand of Black Lumpfish Caviar that I have gotten elsewhere. Most likely will order this again as it was satisfactory. Bought the Blinis locally since the ones suggested when purchasing the caviar here were a bit more costly than locally. Overall the texture and taste was satisfactory. Would recommend for those that like black lumpfish caviar.

Five Star "Flying Fish Caviar"
I am very fond of "flying fish egg caviar" the baluga real stuff is so far from my means to endulge in that I don't even think about it anymore! However this brand gives me the all the joy and luxury that I need to feel that "I am special" I used to live on the west coast and enjoyed dungeness crab off "the warf" fried calamari, and having little caviar canapes, ( little rounds of Fresh sour dough smeared with cream cheese and topped with a dolope of caviar) this is decades ago, but never forgotten!! Now I have a toasted "salt bagel" smeared with cream cheese and "lathered thick" with this "caviar", I have this and a cup of "fog cutter" latte!! Not exactly the same but I feel like a million bucks😍!!! It is a luxury that I can afford, that San Francisco is gone but the memories are cherished!! This is a nice, flavorful, affordable caviar, it isn't Baluga, but it's a good represent ation😊!! Don't discount the value of memories and a "good product" I have bought this over and over and will continue!!!

Expensive but Tastes Good
Not a caviar connoisseur, but they are salty. I wish they were less expensive.

Good price, good product.
Excellent product for the price point that mimics the real stuff amazingly well. I also find it very healthy to eat.

Check upon delivery, if warm - discard
Please check on delivery. My cane rather warm to touch despite packaging . I put it in the fridge. Next day just tried a spoonful and got a severe food poisoning.

Taste has changed from the last 4 times I purchased
I have purchased this item 5 times already. Taste is obviously not Caspian Sea sturgeon Caviar, but you pay for what you get. The current item does not taste as it did the last 4 times I purchased it (same brand/size).While it is not something to return the product for, I'm just making the comments that perhaps the new stabilizer or preservative had something to do with it. There is definitely less salt in the flavor, and what turns fish roe into caviar is the rubbing against a rock salt and whether or not you like or don't like salt, if there is little salt involved, there is more fish roe taste than Caviar.

Caviar in the Year 2021
This was a gift for my SIL, who eats caviar every NYE. She is picky! And last year I splurged and bought her some damn good caviar with the price. BUT this year, b/c of inflation, we went w/ the bargain caviar. It came w/in 2 days, packaged well so it wouldn’t break. I stored it in the fridge before gifting it to her and when I did, we opened it immediately to try. It was good! And there is so much of it. I’m not a caviar fan, I try it every year when she eats it. This year I liked the caviar! It has a good flavor, not too salty or fishy. I felt we were taking a gamble w/ this product. Was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend it to any picky caviar eaters. You could even fake them out and put it in an expensive jar!
