Vacuum Sealer Machine - Commercial Kitchen Food Chamber Multifunction Tabletop Seal Vacuum Packaging Machine Sealer for Restaurant Use 120W

I've had one for about a year and a half and use it daily. I don't mind that it broke, but it sucks that you can't get parts or support for it once it does. Goes from being a good vacuum sealer to a $400 paper weight.

The device performed exactly as expected with easily to use controls. The manual wasn't even gone through Google with words definitely not making sense and numbers in the middle of words.

when I received the sealer it was covered oil and there was no instructions. It is sitting right where I unpacked in in DECEMBER. As fqr as I am concerned it is a big piece of junk with out the instructions.

So far it seems really nice...I had a little shipping hiccup but the seller was quick to respond and provided good customer service. There are a couple of YouTube videos with American folks reviewing this machine and they show basic operation and setup...it's worth looking at. The instructions are just silly...but it's the classic Chinese operation manual...(you would think they would have better resources for this) that aside... The machine worked great for me. My first project was repacking 30# of hamburger into one pound packs...it did all thirty without overheating and worked great...(if you ever did a big job with a foodsaver you know how nice it is to not have overheating issues.)Pros:1.) It's really quiet compared to the foodsaver.2.) Pulls a great vaccum3.) Seals really well and is fully adjustable.4.) Doesn't seem to overheat and shut down.5.) Oil vaccum pump with drain plug (it will probably last a long time if cared for)6.) Electronics and components are identifiable.. possibly replaceable and the controller uses screw terminals and I just think thats cool7.) Didn't cost 900.00+ like the others.Cons:1.) Smells like Harbor Freight. (I used citrus cleaner and Clorox wipes...that helped)2.) Finish on the edges is a little sharp, and in spots seems a little rough. The plastic film that protects stainless steel in manufacturing...was not torn off in places before it was assembled so there are some bits of plastic film my fingers can't pull off..so just a slight cosmetic issue...I can get over it..
