As Comfortable As You're Going to Get
I'm week 6 post bbl.I've used this since day 3 of surgery and it is a lifesaver. It's a mix of comfortable and uncomfortable, tbh. When I use the bottom pillow on a hard, wooden chair, I can't sit for very long. However, a plastic chair or padded office chair are definitely much more comfortable.Your thighs will start to fall asleep after awhile, and adjusting to using it in the car is hilarious. I keep the back padding in my car and only take the bottom piece with me, wherever I go.For the price and amount of time you actually use this, I'm glad I got it. It's the only thing that really allowed me to go back to work.

Amazing and sturdy! The back part is so soft. I’m 2 weeks post-op and it feels amazing. Better than the first one I had!

Great BBL Pillow and Back Cushion
This pillow and back cushion have held up well. I use it mainly for driving and sometimes when I choose to sit, but trying not to sit as much (post op BBL). Not sure how some purchase just a pillow without a back cushion because for me the back cushion is a must have especially when driving. The pillow is very firm which is why I took off 1 star but they probably need to be that way to provide the support that is needed.

mix feelings about it
the back support is great the pillow to sit on is way to stiff no real curves for your legs to sit on, after a few mins it feels like your blood circulation cuts off and it hurts i had 2 people try it and they said the same. I dont own another pillow to compare it to so idk.

Still gives me Comfort & Support 3 months later!!
I’ve been using this pillow 3 months now on a DAILY BASIS at least 10+ hours per day. I take it everywhere I go! & it still gives me great support & comfort. It sinks down just enough to keep your buttocks elevated. The BBL pillow I bought from Mia Aesthetics (Atlanta, GA) is hard as a rock!!! I freaking hated it. I could not drive with Mia’s whatsoever as it was cutting off my circulation. I researched so many pillows and so glad I bought this one! WORTH EVERY PENNY! This is a must have for BBL’s.
