RevAir, Reverse-Air Dryer | Dries hair straight and smooth - "As featured on Channel 4's Buy It Now"

I have naturally thick curly hair and it will take me hours to blow dry with a standard hair dryer (often having to stop to let my arms rest!), or sometimes I’ll sleep with it wet and it’ll still take 20-30 minutes to finish drying it in the morning, then add extra time for straightening.This product is as good as it says- it does dramatically reduce the time for drying hair, it does not pull and has left it really really shiny. I don’t even need to straighten it. It’s got a lovely amount of volume and no frizz at all.It is heavier than a standard hair drier, and it is big and bulky. So if you’re short on storage then its something to consider. I would say if you’re used to drying your hair with a drier and brush then the weight won’t be an issue as you don’t need to use a brush so can alternate arms if you get achey.For me personally, I HATE washing my hair because drying it takes so much time. (Even my hair dresser hates blow drying my hair as it takes so long!!). I have to schedule time in to do it and I will dry shampoo between washes for as long as I can as it’s that much of a difficult and time consuming job! I love swimming but often don’t go unless it’s hair wash day as the thought of drying my hair is a enough to put me off.Price- obviously it is high. I’m not going to deny I was worried it wouldn’t be worth the money, but I did a lot of research and decided to try it. I still stand by it is expensive, but for me personally as a busy full time worker, it’s a HUGE time saver and given me so much time back to enjoy my evenings and weekends when I’m not at work.So for me, it’s a fantastic product and I am very very happy with the purchase.

My hair tangles when I use this

Absolutely love it. To dry and straighten my hair used to make around 1hour so I never really done it cause it was a pain. After a few attempts trying to get the right setting for my hair, my hair is dry and straight within just under 15mins. So not quite the 10 but then again the company probably don’t account for for children switching it on and off constantly for fun. Is loud but honestly not that much louder than a normal hair dryer. Very bulky and heavy but I mean you can see that by looking it at, plus before this my arm was sore anyway cause it was so time consuming.

This hair vacuum definitely dries my hair straight and it resists frizz throughput the day. However, it is noisy, bulky and awkward to use. It’s no quicker than a normal dryer on my fine, slightly wavy hair- in fact it takes a bit longer- approximately 10-14 minutes. This is primarily due to sectioning the hair rather than actual drying time. Actual drying time is probably about 6-8 minutes. The hose can be awkward and heavy to manoeuvre . Hair must be sectioned for good results, and the roots are dried more effectively with small sections as well as moving the wand around to ensure they are targeted; the drier only dries the roots when the wand is positioned exactly over them. If the hair is not reasonably wet to start with, the ends can tangle in the tube. This also happens if you have the tension setting too high for your hair- mine is set at just 2. Cleaning the filter is really easy and needs to be done after every five uses. I kept changing my mind about keeping it but think I will- I like the smooth, straight, frizz free effect and the drying procedure is getting easier as I get used to it.

This hair dryer has ruined my fine, low porosity and 4C hair (after waiting 5 + years to apply heat to my hair). As other reviewers pointed out, after a lengthy hair drying process, the hair reverts back quite quickly even after substantial amount of heat was applied to dry roots.I wish those companies would stop using immoral people to hype their products. Two weeks after using this dryer I lost about 70% of my natural hair which took me over 5-years to grow. A big loss, again after heat damage from only 2 x usage of this Revair dryer. In addition, to the astronomical cost of purchasing the dryer.

I purchased the revair 21st July.Pros- it does blowdry the hair but the hair shrinks back up quickly it is not the same as a straightening iron.- I have noticed matted hair and roots which I'm surprised and disappointed about. Despite detangling before hand.- My device is not powering on constantly- its extremely heavy and my arms ache carrying the device

Fantastic product that cuts down drying time for my thick hair. Condition of my hair has improved as it dries without too much heat and no brush work involved. Is quite bulky so would not transport easily and is a bit heavy but the quick results out way the negatives. Wouldn’t want to be without it now.

Well worth the money....normally takes over an hour to dry my hair then more time to straighten it...this does both in under 20 minutes.....awesome
