It gave a decent description of how to season the grill. The recipes are to fancy, could go a lot better to list more common ones, such as street foods, Mexican style meats, breakfasts. Cooking with a lot of Honey and citrus ends up making you reseason an awful lot!

Actually, the book itself was a well-done item for Blackstone Grill fans. The biggest problem was that is is printed in black and white!! Only the cover is in color!!!!!! Fact is, this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the description of the book! Fact is, when you look at a recipe about a certain meat dish, it appears to be a glossy black slab of cooked meat instead of a red meat color! Basically, I just looked at the first three or four recipes and then I tossed it aside along with my other junk orders.

The photos are black and white.....not as picture on the Amazon site! Misleading!

All the ink throughout this book is a light shade of grey. If you buy this you better have a good flashlight just to read the print. No colored pictures of the food. These ‘Quick Books’ are the cheapest made books I’ve ever seen. Terrible!!

Gives you the rundown on the cook top, as well as many recipes you might actually use. I'm excited to try more recipes from this book.

Little disappointed that mostly written recipes with few black n white pictures. Good recipes though!
