These are the easiest and best tasting instant mashed potatoes I have found. I have tried most of their different flavors, and really like them all. Amazon has the best price I have found. Our local store has them for $2.49 for 4 oz, they were like $1.44 at Amazon.

These are not the old fashioned instant potatoes, If you add a little butter and substitute 1/2 cup milk for 1/2 cup of the water, people will think you peeled potatoes for an hour or so. Also great for making a quick Sheperds Pie

makes good (not Michelin Star quality) potatoes. Water only so no milk required.

Idahoan brand is the best in flavored instant mashed potatoes. Its consistency , texture and flavors are all great. This one ? The Baby Reds? Hands down my favorite. Delicious flavor that doesn't wear out. Some of the flavors once you've had them once or twice you can do without for a little while. This one I could eat every day for a very long time. Try it, you'll like it.

Goldens are a smooth textured mash!! Made with all milk they are spectacular. Shepards pie, under gravy, cream of potatoe soup or to thicken a soup…easy to make, easy to eat, easy to enjoy!!
